A Winter Space for the Mind

When it gets cold, most people sign up for sports — but not always for their mind.
We tend to stay home more. Energy drops. Mood drops. Creativity feels far away.
This time of year can be heavy for so many people — and we often don’t talk about it.

So what if there was something like a run club for the mind?
A space to show up weekly — freely — to take care of your mental health with community.

That’s why I’ve put together Humankind Meditation Club.

What to Expect

Each week, we’ll hang for 1 hour of calm, connection, and mental nourishment.
You’ll receive:

– A guided meditation led by Kelsea
– Tea time & casual conversation
– Journaling prompts for reflection
– Rotating local food collabs (featuring small businesses who will share their product, story, and fuel us for the evening)

This isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about showing up as you are — consistently — and growing from there.

Why Winter?

The colder months are the hardest for many.
Mental health dips. Motivation drops.
But these months can also be deeply transformative — when we have the tools and community to move through them consciously.

Meditation Club is a weekly mental reset.
A place to practice presence.
To feel supported.
To remember you’re not doing winter alone.

Schedule

January – April 2025
Mondays (5:30 PM start)
Each session is 60–90 minutes depending on the weekly format.

First session:
Monday, January 5th — 5:30–7:00 PM

Who It’s For

You do not need experience with meditation.
You do not need to be in a “good mindset.”
You just need to show up.

This space is built for anyone who wants:
• A consistent habit for mental health
• Tools for emotional resilience
• A reason to get out of the house
• Community during the colder months
• A grounding start to the week

Registration

This offering is free, but the space is limited — please register to reserve your spot.
