Yin & Pin: A Restorative Afternoon of Yoga and Acupuncture
Join us for Yin & Pin, a uniquely grounding experience that blends the stillness of Yin yoga with the healing touch of acupuncture. This 90-minute session is designed to help you fully unwind, balance your energy, and reconnect with your body.
The sessions begins with a 60-minute guided Yin yoga practice led by 300-hour Yoga Teacher Kelsea Grieveson. Through long, supported postures and mindful breathwork, you’ll gently release physical tension and invite your nervous system to soften. No need to bring props—we’ll have everything ready for you.
As you settle into an extended Savasana, Lindsay and Sandy from Zen Acupuncture will move through the space offering a 30-minute acupuncture experience. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, they’ll help balance the flow of qi—your vital life energy—through specific meridians, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and deeply restored.
After practice, enjoy a sweet moment of post-relaxation with treats from The Cravory Lab before floating into the rest of your afternoon.
